Fiona Choi was most recently seen in Melbourne Theatre Company’s Torch The Place, Golden Shield and The Lady In The Van, but is probably best-known for playing Jenny Law in Benjamin Law’s award-winning SBS comedy The Family Law, for which she received an AACTA nomination for Best Performance in a Television Comedy as well as 3 Equity Ensemble Awards.  A graduate of WAAPA, Fiona’s musical theatre highlights include Into The Woods (Watch This), Dragon Lady: The Many Lives & Deaths of Anna May Wong (2019 Adelaide Cabaret Festival), original Australian Companies of RENT (Cameron Mackintosh) & Mamma Mia! (Littlestar/Dainty). In New York Fiona created roles in Off-Broadway productions of Apathy–The Gen X Musical, The Street (nominated Best Actress at MITF) and FAMBAM360 and appeared on television in Homeland, Law & Order, Person Of Interest, The Big C and The Newsroom. She also worked extensively as both a casting director and resident director.  Back in Australia, Fiona’s recent television highlights include Surviving Summer & The Letdown (Netflix), Wentworth (Foxtel), My Life Is Murder(Acorn/Channel 10), True Story with Hamish & Andy (Nine Network), and Utopia, Mustangs FC, Harrow, Stories From Oz and Get Krack!n for the ABC.  In 2022 Fiona will appear on stage in Laurinda (MTC) and Single Asian Female (STCSA).
